Payment
All transactions are processed by PayPal – making it possible to pay with your PayPal account or credit card. You don’t need a PayPal account to use your credit card.
Shipping
I ship stickers to the US within 3 business days from a completed payment with USPS First-Class Mail with near real-time tracking. You will be provided with a link to a third-party service provider where you can check the shipping status – this information will remain online for 30 days after shipping. This type of tracking makes the final scan at a postal facility instead of your mailbox. Therefore, the last tracking information will state that it is the final scan and that your item has been prepared for delivery and you will see a delivery-expected date. Please do not expect to see a “Delivered” status as this tracking is done by the USPS Informed Visibility tracking system which does not provide scan-at-mail-box “Delivered” status.
Downloads
After you complete payment, you will be redirected to a page where your download links will be available. The download links will also be emailed to you – check your spam folder if you don’t see them in your inbox. Please note that the download limit is two.
Returns
I don’t accept returns. But for digital items, If you do change your mind and have not downloaded the design yet and it’s been 7 days or less since your purchase date, I’ll be happy to provide a refund. For stickers, if you have any issues when you receive your order, please let me know.
Licenses:
I offer two types of licenses—Standard and Extended. They are detailed below. These licenses apply to Digital Art Downloads and Procreate Stamps & Patterns.
STANDARD USE LICENSE:
You can use the design only for personal projects. Please review prohibited uses below.
EXTENDED USE LICENSE:
- Sell unlimited number of physical products and print-on-demand (POD) items.
- Use the designs as-is or modify them to suit your needs.
- Please review prohibited uses below.
Prohibited Uses: (applies to the Standard and the Extended licenses)
- You may not sell, share, or distribute the digital files in any form, whether individually, as part of a package, or in any other way – this includes unmodified files, files you modify, or files you convert to other formats.
- You may not claim ownership of the designs or represent them as your own creations.
- You may not trademark or copyright the designs. All rights are retained by ColorfulHabit.
Proof of License
- Your email receipt and PayPal receipt will serve as proof of license.
